This has the potential to be one of the best game apps out there, but it is full of problems. It always says I have a bad internet connection and my turn was not submitted, but my internet is fine and the turn always does submit despite this message. Devs, please update this app. You have a gem here. Dont screw it up.

No updates since last year, no more push notifications, frequent connection errors, constant crashes... They ruined this game.

The game is solid but the fact that that players start games and then dont actually play the game makes it unknowable. Out of 10 games started only about 4 where actually played through because the other players just didnt take their turns. This issue makes the game no fun. Im going to uninstall.

This used to be such a great game! But the servers have been abandoned by the developers. Just look at when the last update happened! December of last year! Only play if you want to deal with a lot of bugs.

I been playing the game for 2 years and I use to be able to get a steady 4 to 5 games going back to back with people plying.now no push notifications it takes hours for opponent to remember its there turn easily spent the most on this game than any other game please fix this

I think it is a very well put together game except two things: It is not(very) original, and the "action points" crap. However, very good game!

Love this game but would also love an update! New teams would keep us hooked.

With a diminishing player base and a defect causing notifications to not work on any iOS versions 8.0 or higher its really difficult to enjoy this game. The developer is obviously aware of the issue since its in their FAQs, however they still havent released an update in over 9 months... Great way to kill an app!

First off, any app that asks to be reviewed gets an automatic one star demeris. Standard disclaimer. Secondly, its clear Hero Academys golden days are over. Which is fine, not all games can last forever. But it would be nice if the ~$15 I spent over the life of the game could keep living on once Robot Entertainment (inevitably) turns off the servers. That is to say, an offline pass and play mode would be great. Id pay good money for it, even.

Allow us to earn the other races, not just pay for them. Also push notifications not showing up . Im on 9.0

Why have the developers left this great game to die? Why? No updates in almost a year, push notifications dont work. Bring it back!!

Every turn you take you have to wait for loading... Only for it to fail half the time - even on a good connection. Everything in the game costs money and Im not paying a dime for something with such a failure of an infrastructure for network play.

Had the game for over 3 years now. Purchased all teams and now theyre forcing ads on the game interface and the sum it turn never works. You have to submit your turn. Wait for it to fail, then hit the back button. Its in dire need of updating. Dont kill a good thing here.

The game is fun but I heard that on computer you can play team fortress 2 team for free and on iOS there is none of them but the challenges witch is dumbish since some of us cant get a computer to play as them please put them in

I wish more people played this. Its so fun. I would drop so much money on this if they updated it. Im trying to get all my friends to play this.

I constantly have problems with this app. I get "fail" messages all the time. Im done!

I hardly ever write a review about an app, but when I do, its because I have something that needs to be said. 2/5 stars strictly because of constant connection based issues. More times than not, I face not being able to connect to Hero Academy servers because the game cant "verify my login credentials". This has happened before and I had to delete the game entirely from my mobile device to get it back to normal and even then, in due time, it reverted back to its unconnectable ways. Having said that - game, graphics, etc.: 5/5 stars. Only game I have on all 3 of my Apple products (Mac, iPad, iPhone.) If somehow this bug can be detected and fixed, it will receive its true 5-star rating.

Ok, I just wanted to know if you could add new teams. Like tf2 for sale on mobile devices or anything like that. Great game! Gg

The game its self is very entertaining, but needs an update or two. When I bought this game I never realized till a friend brought to my attention that you get push notifications when the opposing party makes there turn. I have never received any notifications from this game. Also, some more teams would be nice. Contacted the game developers they said they would be an update soon. That was 6 months ago.
